Domain Financial LLC prepares individual and business tax returns for people and companies in Worcester and the surrounding Central Massachusetts area, and for clients anywhere in the U.S. remotely. Because we also do bookkeeping and payroll, a lot of our business returns start from books we already keep. That means fewer surprises and fewer late-night emails in April. You upload your documents through our app and we take it from there.

If you have employees or pay subcontractors, your 2026 W-2s and 1099-NECs come before your return. The usual January 31 deadline lands on a Sunday in 2027, so the federal due date is Monday, February 1, 2027. For payments made in 2026, the 1099-NEC threshold is now $2,000 (it was $600). We can file these for you through our payroll services or the Year-End 1099 & W-2 Package.
March 15, 2027 (Monday): S-corporation (1120-S) and partnership (1065) returns due
April 15, 2027 (Thursday): individual federal returns, Massachusetts Form 1, and calendar-year C-corporation returns due
An extension gives you more time to file, not more time to pay. Federal individual extensions run to October 15, 2027.
We serve Worcester and the surrounding Central Massachusetts area, and clients anywhere in the U.S. remotely. Individuals and families with W-2 income, retirees, investors, self-employed people, landlords, and small businesses in Worcester and nearby towns.
If you’re a sole proprietor, we prepare your Schedule C. If you’re an S-corp or LLC, we prepare the business return and your personal return. Job-costed books make the return faster and help you see what you actually earned on each job. Contractors also tend to have vehicle, equipment and subcontractor costs that need clean records behind them; we’ll tell you what to keep.
Rental income and expenses go on Schedule E, property by property. If we keep your books, the year-end reports by property feed straight into the return. If not, we’ll give you a short list of what to bring: rent collected, repairs, mortgage interest, property taxes, insurance and management fees for each property.
